Get more out of AirOps.
Sighted's AirOps experts provide implementation, training and support on AirOps, the content engineering platform. We build or improve your workflows, connect your knowledge bases, train your team to run the system.
A team of AirOps experts.

Looking for an AirOps consultant, or an agency that builds in AirOps every day? That is us: certified AirOps Champions.
AirOps ChampionsCertified builders
Implementation, training, support.
Implementation
We set up and build workflows in your AirOps workspace: content engines, refresh flows, integrations with your CMS and data sources.
Knowledge base integration
We connect AirOps to your knowledge bases, so every workflow writes from your facts rather than from a prompt.
Training
Your team learns to run, debug and extend the workflows. Working sessions on your real content, not slideware.
New workflow builds
As new needs come up, we design and build the workflow, then hand it over trained.
Build and maintain
Prefer not to run them yourselves? We build, run and maintain the workflows for you, for as long as that suits.
Support
After handover, we stay on call for reviews, upgrades and new workflow builds as your needs grow.
Before you ask.
Do we need an AirOps subscription already?
No. If you're evaluating AirOps we can help you scope whether it fits, then set it up. If you're already on it, we start from your workspace.
How is this different from the Content Engine service?
The Content Engine service is us building and running the production line (across multiple tools). This is enablement, specifically in AirOps: we build, then train your team and hand the keys over. Teams often start here and add tiers later, or the other way round.
How long does enablement take?
A first working workflow with a trained team typically lands within a few weeks. The pace is set by your team's availability.
Who is this for?
Teams evaluating AirOps, or already on it, who want to own their content workflows. If you'd rather not run the system yourselves, we build and maintain it for you instead.
Can you rebuild workflows we already have?
Yes. We often start from an existing workspace: we audit what is there, integrate what is worth keeping, and replace what is not. Then we train your team on the result.
Do you offer AirOps training on its own?
Yes. If your workflows are already in good shape, we run training and working sessions on your real content, then stay on call to advise.
