Help AI understand you,
position you, recommend you.
Sighted consolidates your position, builds a database of everything you know, and maps the graph that connects it all together.
Power your content with your unique insights.
We define what you stand for. We capture everything you know.
We map what to write next.
Brand truth alignment
Your homepage, your deck and your review profiles each tell a slightly different story. AI reads them all and repeats the muddle. We define the niche you can own, put proof behind every claim, and roll one story out everywhere AI reads.
- We define the niche and the moat: the story you will own
- We write the position competitors can't credibly claim
- We back every claim with proof, not adjectives
- We roll it out across your site, profiles and directories
Build a database of everything you know
Our workflows mine everything you can give us: sales calls, webinars, surveys - you name it. Knowledge is categorised, stored into databases, tagged and embedded for LLM retrieval. So when a workflow writes about a topic, it can pull your facts instead of guessing.
- We mine your own calls, reviews and tickets
- We store one fact per row, easy to find and check
- We embed it all, so AI pulls the right fact every time
A living content graph
We connect every fact, every page and the links between them in one place, so you can see what you cover and what you are missing. And when a fact changes, we flag every page built on it and refresh it. The graph heals itself.
- You can see which topics you cover and which you do not
- When a fact changes, we refresh every page built on it
- We turn the thin topics into your content plan
What we build.
Narrative review
We check where AI learns about you: your website, social media pages, reviews, third-party sites. We do this to identify narrative "drifts": different stories that confuse LLMs.
Brand truth document
We work with you to draft a unique narrative. One that differentiates you in the market and that will help AI position you correctly. We will use this narrative across all content to ensure AI starts learning from a clear and consistent message.
Knowledge extraction
We go through your sales calls, reviews, support tickets, CRM notes and product data. We do this to find the knowledge your company already has: expert opinions, customer proof, common objections, insights nobody has written down.
Knowledge bases, structured
We organise all of this into six knowledge bases: brand facts, buyer pains, competitor facts, expert quotes, proof points and topic knowledge. Both your team and your content workflows can use them, so the knowledge stops living only in people's heads.
Source pipelines
We set up pipelines that keep feeding brand facts and data into the knowledge bases. This keeps everything up to date as your product evolves.
Brand kit per content type
We define tone, personas and guidelines for each type of content you publish. We do this because LLMs reward content that is accurate, original and consistent with your brand.
Living content graph
We map every fact, page and internal link in one place. You will see which topics you cover well and which you don't, and we use the gaps to build your content plan.
Self-healing content graph
Every new fact that contradicts an existing fact gets flagged. As all facts are mapped, you can get Claude, or the LLM of your choice, to quickly update all relevant paragraphs and sentences across your content.
Entity plumbing
We add the structured data and links, and use one consistent description of your company on every profile AI reads. This helps AI engines recognise you as one clear, single entity.
What buyers ask us first.
What is entity optimization?
Making your brand a distinct, consistently described entity that AI systems can resolve: one name, one story, evidence behind every claim, and machine-readable signals connecting them. It also means putting your brand next to the right things: your category, the topics you want to own, the tools and experts people already trust. AI learns by association. When your name keeps appearing beside a topic, AI starts treating you as an authority on it.
What do you mean by brand truth?
The position you can credibly claim and competitors cannot: what you are, who it's for, and the proof behind it. Most brands have three versions of this across their surfaces. AI picks up the muddle and repeats it.
Where does the knowledge come from?
From sources you already have: sales and customer calls, reviews, support tickets, CRM notes, webinars, surveys, newsletters, product data and analytics. And where the knowledge only lives in someone's head, we interview them, including your founders. We extract, verify and structure it. Nothing is invented.
What do the knowledge bases feed?
Every content workflow: research, briefing, drafting, review, repurposing and distribution. A workflow that draws on your expert takes and customer proof produces content a competitor cannot copy. That production line is the Content Engine service.
Do we need the audit first?
It helps: the audit shows what AI currently believes about you, which is the starting point for alignment. But this service can be bought standalone if your visibility baseline is already known.
Be the brand AI understands best.
Usually our second step, after the audit. You can book it on its own.
